I’ve always wanted to draw a comic where one of the people speaking is speaking so much that it fills the entire panel, with the other person looking around confused. The revelation of Attention Whore’s real name last week
[link] , and the apparent guilt Winslow feels about not knowing it in the first place, seemed like the perfect opportunity to finally put this one on paper.
It took a long time to do. This is actually the third draft of the strip. I got as far as blacklining the second draft when I decided, no, I could do better. There were some fun aspects of the second draft (including Kurt slowly finishing a beer from panel to panel), but this one met my requirements far better.
See if you can figure out everything Winslow’s saying in the three “information dump” panels. A bunch of stuff is covered by Kurt and Winslow’s bodies.
