Paul is a character I created in high school. He showed up in a Ben and Winslow comic that I did in between some of my classes [link]
Then I put him in a Vampiric Minority comic [link] . People are still asking me who "that guy next to Winslow is." Well, Paul is a cannibal mental institution patient with a straight jacket and a paper bag over his head. He's a difficult character to include in strips because he's TOO random.
