Sketch - Fortuna and Folly

I hope I'm not boring you all to death with all this Fortuna and Folly artwork, but I've been practicing drawing my characters for a while now and I'm starting to feel happy enough with the results that I can share them with the world. I have DollsDevils to thank for my recent bout of Fortuna and Folly-related creativity, because she drew the definitive picture of this pair. Hell, it's the picture I'VE been using as a reference FOR MY OWN CHARACTERS.

I wanted to sketch Fortuna and Folly side by side to show their size difference. Fortuna is about 4 feet tall, whereas Folly is about 2.5 feet.

Cobgoblins exhibit dimorphism. Most of them look like Folly--small, slightly hunched, with long forearms. About 1 to 3 percent of every cobgoblin brood is made up of tallbloods like Fortuna. Tallbloods aren't particularly well-suited to subterranean life, but since their size makes them more difficult to eat for many of the cobgoblins' 200+ natural predators, the genes have persisted for hundreds of years.

I finished a really kickass drawing of Folly the other day, so stay tuned for that soon.
